Happy Wednesday! I can't believe it's been over a month since we talked. It's been a pretty crazy 6 weeks for me, but things are finally getting back to normal.
I'll be honest, I really only took a week "off" from work, though I can't think of a single day where I didn't do at least one thing work-related lol. The joys of working for yourself. But the rest of the time, I was just behind the scenes brainstorming and planning and deciding on a few things.

A Few Updates
I will definitely be back soon to go more into detail about the updates, but here is a quick summary:
New products coming next week - A new product will be available next week in the store on the topic of Mental Health, because of course I wanted to cover this after taking a month off for my own mental health. After that, it will be Keto, which I seem to get endless requests for.
There will be 1 new product a month - From time to time, this will probably change, but right now I am pulling back a little and doing 1 new product launch a month. This gives me a little more time to create new bonuses for you for other products. There is so much amazing PLR out there, and I really want to be able to share it.
*With the exception of next week, most of these monthly products will be bigger bundles. So, you are still getting a lot of great content.
My topics are shifting - If you have been here more than a year, you have already noticed my topics shifting gradually. Part of this is just based on demand and health trends, but it is also motivated by how comfortable I feel researching and writing certain topics.
I have gone from writing a lot about natural and holistic health, alternative health, and diets, to more personal development, healthy habits and routines, mindset, and healthy lifestyle-type topics.
There are many reasons for this and I may elaborate in the future, but I wanted to say thank you for sticking around and being understanding about these little changes that inevitably happen.
Please Note: I still take topic requests! I will get a better form put on the site for requests, but for now you can reply to any email I send out. I can't promise I will cover every topic request, but I will try to fit them into a product release or try to put a new spin on it.
