Hey
Happy Monday!
I hope you had a great weekend. Mine was good, though I did make the decision to take a few weeks off, so this will be the last email you get until at least April. I will definitely be back in April, I'm just not sure if it will be the first or second week. I will explain more at the end of this email.
But before I do that, I have new free PLR for you, plus a mini roundup of deals from my very favorite PLR providers.

Let's Have a Heart-to-Heart (And Why I Need a Break)
I know this email is annoyingly long. I'm almost done, I promise!
For the past several months, my product releases have changed a lot and become a little more erratic. The thing about burnout is that it sneaks up on you. It's not always so all-consuming that you feel like you're having a nervous breakdown. Most of the time, it's not like that.
It's a slow trickle where you get a little more tired, a little less focused, your productivity dips at really gradual paces. It can take weeks or months to realize what is happening.
But when you work for yourself especially, burnout is almost inevitable if you don't give yourself enough time off. Not just days without work, but without checking your email and being on social media.
I know most of the time, taking time off is just not possible. We work for ourselves, which means most of the responsibilities are on us at all times. We have bills to pay, and more importantly, people who are counting on us to provide consistent content.
For myself, burnout comes from a combination of putting too many demands on myself, and not paying enough attention to my mental health. I have always been very transparent about my anxiety and depressive disorders, how they impact me on a day-to-day basis, and what I do to make sure I get everything done with them.
But a few times a year, my brain just needs a break. It's not always possible, but fortunately right now I am able to take a few weeks "off". I will still be here and working a little behind the scenes, I just won't have any new products released until April.
I also want to get back to doing my big bundles, which just take a little more preparation time.
So, that's it. I will be back between the first and second week of April :) But I am always available through email, so you can respond to this or any other email I have sent if you have any questions.
Enjoy the rest of your month!
