Free This Weekend - Mindfulness During the Holidays
I saw the topic of being mindful during the holidays trending over the last few days, so I knew this was the topic I wanted to cover for this weekend's freebie.
I wrote you a short report about 'How to Be Mindful During the Holidays', which can also be used as a long blog post about mindfulness. I chose to keep this evergreen, so it does not mention anything that happened this year, but you can easily add a sentence or two in the intro and different sections if you are using it this year.
