Why Mindful Eating?
I have been on this healthy eating/healthy lifestyle habits kick for a while. Which I'm sure you have noticed with the topics in my store if you have been around for a while.
What I love about it is that it appeals to a much larger audience. Not everyone wants to do Keto or try to intentionally lose weight, but everyone can benefit from these small, daily habits that improve their lifestyle and their health (and yes sometimes help them lose weight).
With mindful eating, it uses mindfulness techniques, including staying present during meals, shutting off distractions, and being self-reflective without being overly judgmental. I think now it is more important than ever to focus on sustainable, healthy changes and mindful eating is a great way to promote that.
