The Timing is Perfect
Honestly, I don't think there is a better time to encourage people to start intermittent fasting. With isolation and quarantine, people's daily routines and healthy lifestyles are all over the map. It is going to be another big shock to the system if people just suddenly try go back to normal, but with fasting, it's more a gradual transition.
They can start with a modest 16:8 fast, where they can still eat their typical "diet", but in slightly less time during the day than they normally would. They naturally start eating less, and before too long, start feeling motivation to make other healthy changes in their lifestyle.
With things slowly getting back to normal, I think now is an awesome time to start introducing this idea.
