Hey
Happy Monday!
I have something free for you today. I decided over the weekend I wanted to offer you some journaling prompts, and figured with everyone still being (mostly) stuck at home, continuing with my staying healthy at home theme would be a good idea.
I don't know about you, but this quarantine time has been.. a struggle. Health tends to become the last priority as everyone is just trying to survive, pays their bills, entertain their kids (and/or pets), and just try to keep their sanity.
I know many places are slowly starting to open up - great news! But a lot of people are still going to be spending more time at home, probably for quite a while still.
I think journaling is a wonderful practice to start right now, and you can get your audience involved by giving them some journal prompts that are perfect for beginners or anyone looking for a little boost of writing motivation.
50 Journaling Prompts - Staying Healthy at Home
If you picked up my Staying Healthy at Home PLR pack (this one) a few weeks ago, then these journaling prompts will be the perfect addition.
They focus on both physical and mental health, with prompts addressing stress, cravings, snacking, kids' health, exercise and movement, daily routines, structure, and more.
They come with your standard rights, so you can use them yourself, put them in a printable journal or workbook, give them away as a content upgrade, sell them on your blog - really whatever you want.
I hope you are doing well and have a great week. This thing we are all going through together isn't fun, but hey - the treadmill I bought 2 years ago is finally getting a lot of use.
Enjoy your Monday!
