Hey
Happy Thursday!
I hope you are having an amazing week so far. Mine has been.. busy lol. I am trying out a new layout for the product pages at Health & Wellness PLR, so definitely let me know if you hate it or love it or don't care.
This week's new bundle is a BIG one. It is another (of many) changes I am making to the store. This one is all about Food as Medicine - i.e. choosing foods with nutrients to help prevent diseases, and improve your overall health and wellness.
It is also $20 off this weekend - so yay!
New Food as Medicine PLR Bundle - Just Released
This is a topic I have been wanting to do for a long time, but I kept changing my mind about whether it should be a store release or a big "launch". I decided to kind of do something in the middle - it's a bigger than normal bundle compared to other store products, but no big launch. Just a.. hey, this is new, want it? :P
The PLR package comes with:
eBook - 'Food as Medicine: Healing Your Body and Mind with Food' (29 pages, 7,242 words)
eBook Cover (w/editable PSD file)
Report - 'Boost Your Health with Whole Foods' (7 pages, 2,152 words)
Report Cover (w/editable PSD file)
10 Articles about Using Food for Healing and Wellness
Bonus - 10 Social Graphics
Bonus - 20 Royalty-Free Images
Since there is so much content, it is regularly priced at $37, but I have it on sale for just $17 until Monday evening.
This Topic is for EVERYONE
One of the reasons why I love topics like this is because it is so versatile. I do also enjoy doing those super niche-specific topics as well, but when you want to put content on your health blog without worrying about who (and how many people) will be interested in it, general health and food topics are always going to be winners.
This new bundle covers a little bit of everything in terms of healthy eating, including:
Nutrients you get from food
Healing herbs and spices
Prebiotics and probiotics
Balancing your meals
Eating more whole, clean foods
Chronic illness
Anxiety and mental health
Growing your own food/organic food
... and lots more!
But one thing it does not do is encourage strict dieting or restrictions with food. This is ideal if you prefer talking about nutrition and healthy lifestyles (health coaches and bloggers, I'm looking at you!), without really mentioning weight loss or cutting entire food groups out. You can definitely include the content on a weight loss or diet blog with just a few tweaks, but I didn't write it with that angle in mind. Just FYI!
