Whew - I don't know how I got this done with how my week is going, but I did it!
This is great for anyone, but especially for health coaches and health bloggers. It is all about following a healthy diet with "Real Food". It really encourages choosing clean, whole foods, and is out just in time for those New Years' Resolutions.
