I have stopped working over the weekend (including not responding to emails much), and honestly it has been so good for me. By the time Monday comes around, I feel well rested after a fun and relaxing weekend, and get more done during the week. 

I do work longer hours during the week so that I can take weekends off, but it has been working really well for me!
