New 30-Day Journaling Challenge - For Beginners
You guys know I create a lot of journals and write a
lot of prompts - but what I haven't done in a long time is write ABOUT journaling. I think this challenge is perfect!
It might seem like such a simple activity, but journaling is one of those things that remains a concept without the practice. It reminds me of meditation and mindfulness, where people know how beneficial it is, but for
some reason never quite take that first step because it feels intimidating.
This challenge is for them. It helps guide them very slowly and gently through the process of journaling, what to write about, how to journal, how to find inspiration, creating a routine, staying motivated, and so much more.
