Yesterday afternoon, I told you about the brand new Holistic Wellness Planner I released in the store. I wanted to give you a sneak peek at some of the pages with a bit more detail, and show you some changes I made compared to previous planners I have created. 
 

Informational Pages and Cheat Sheets

The main difference between the Holistic Wellness Planner and others I have created is that I included "cheat sheets". These are informational pages that offer insight into a certain topic, such as a page that lists grounding techniques, and another that gives them a list of pre-filled whole foods they can use for their grocery list.

I typically create mostly fill-in-the-blank planners, but these seemed fitting for this planner in particular and I think adds a lot of value to it. 

Updated Daily and Weekly Planners

Here is a look at the Daily and Weekly Planners I included in the Holistic Wellness Planner. They include some new elements compared to previous designs, including the water tracker and fitting more on each page. 

Refreshing Some of My Favorite Templates

There are also some page templates you have seen before, but I updated them and refreshed them with new elements and information to make these pages more valuable and insightful for your audience who want to start their wellness journey.

Also Available in Blue and Purple Versions

Lastly, I also created all 25 template pages in a blue and purple version (with their own eCovers) in case you prefer those styles over green.
