Before Mental Health Awareness Month is over, I really wanted to create content and templates that will help your audience with more self-love and
self-kindness, as well as emotional processing.
All of the products I release this week will be about the self-kindness and self-healing side of improving your mental health, beginning with processing your most uncomfortable emotions.
These are the ones we tend to hide from, the ones we pretend aren't there, the ones that make us feel shame or embarrassment (hint:
both of those are included). They are often linked to our shadow side, and not just what we hide from others, but what we hide from ourselves.
