About The Bonus
I wanted to give you a little more information here about what you get in this bonus. I chose Resetting Your life After Burnout because I think it is so important that you make a mindset shift when you are dealing with burnout.
I know when I was experiencing it, I didn't even realize it was my
mindset that caused it in the first place. I had this thought that the more I worked and the harder I worked, the more valuable and worthy of a person I was. I had it in my head that if I didn't practically kill myself doing as much as possible by myself, that I was inadequate.
Every night that I went to sleep having worked 18+ hours, I felt so confident and
