What Has Been Going On
We are
coming up on my 7-year anniversary for the PLR business, and in that time, I have gone through many different changes. I made some amazing choices, and some mistakes, but it's been a super interesting journey.
However, the past year and a half has been the most challenging by far. I have just been "off", and if you have been a customer or affiliate for a
while, you know that.
Even though it went against every recommendation I have ever read (lol), I wrote emails my own way. I put a lot of sarcasm and jokes in, I let my natural personality shine, I told weird personal stories.
If you have been around longer than about 2 years, you probably remember them. I honestly loved that part of the business, and it made us feel more connected. But it feels like it has been so long, and that was one of the first signs that something had changed.
I don't know if it was burnout, my personal life getting in the way, or just life
in general (and you know, the pandemic). But my creativity, my spark, and my drive has been sorely lacking lately. For a little over a year, maybe longer.
This is why you have seen so many changes with the website, the products, the business. Bringing the all-access back over and over again, changing how I create products, tons of technical issues with the
site.
This is all to say that I have been working behind the scenes on a new business structure, as well as side projects, so those announcements will be coming soon. The past couple days I probably feel more motivated and like "me" than I have in the last 18+ months to be creative and get back to work the way I used to do it, and I have manifesting to
thank for that.
The thing about manifesting is that you really have to focus on it. You don't have to be perfect or be positive 100% of the time, but it does take a little work. And when you go through periods of anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, it makes it hard to even think about it because so many of your thoughts are negative. But this is
honestly when you need it the most, so I have gotten back to it, and in days it has made a huge difference in my mindset. Practically overnight.
